I had to put this up for those of you who haven’t seen it yet. Apparently NY Senator Carl Kruger is going to introduce legislation to ban using Ipods, Blackberrys and other mobile devices while crossing the street. Senator Kruger thinks “it’s creating an atmosphere where we have a major public safety crisis at hand.” The sentence for this horrific crime, $100.00.
