There is an interesting blog that is based on the project log for one contestent in the Luminary Micro/Keil/Circuit Cellar Competition. The rules are to design an application that utilizes the Luminary Micro Stellaris EKK-LS3S811 evaluation board and demonstrates the abilities of the Microcontroller. The goal of the blogger? “I intend to use the board to decode lossless audio from a DVD/CD drive and pump it out over some sort of Audio interface with a few other bits and pieces like a real time display and a remote control input for an IR controller.”

I look forward to seeing what they come up with!
