The first stable release of the WMP Tag Support Extender has been released. WMPTSE 1.0 supports FLAC, WavePack, MusePack, Vorbis OGG, Speex, APE Monkey, OptimFROG, AAC, iTunes files and MPEG4 audio tags in Windows Media Player.

Another addition is the ability to tag DTS, LPCM and AC3 files by adding a APEv2 tag to the end of the file which enables you to edit Metadata which was previously uneditable. Support for this is provided in the form of registry keys and can be found here.
