Wavpack4Wavelab plugin for Wavelab v. 5 and 6

The Wavpack4Wavelab plugin is an input/output plugin that works with both version 5 and the recently released version 6 of Steinberg’s Wavelab. W4W supports Wavpack files up to version 4.x as well as ID3v1 and APEv2 tags.
