A New Kind of Record Label?

Magnatune is an experimental record label. The idea is that Megatune provides an alternative to the big record labels. Magnatune offers albums in FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, and VBR MP3 and all files are DRM free. Albums start at $5.00 and once downloaded can be transferred to CD, mobile audio players or file sharing networks.
